About me
I'm a Project Manager and QA Engineer at MiraiLit Limited in Dhaka, with 5 years of experience taking SaaS, e-commerce and digital products from plan to release for multiple client accounts, including international clients in Japan.
I've managed products such as Aplicaro (AI recruitment SaaS), Shop Support (a help desk for WooCommerce stores), PIMS (inventory ERP), CloudOn eSIM (travel eSIM apps for iOS, Android and web), Shinjuku Halal Food (an online grocery store delivering across Japan) and AI Mailer (an AI email plugin for WooCommerce and Shopify).
My work covers requirements and roadmaps, sprint planning, coordinating developers, QA, marketing and operations, and keeping releases on schedule. I lead and mentor the team, set KPIs, and write the written and video SOPs that keep everyone working the same way.
On the quality side, I lead QA before every release: test case design and execution, regression testing, API testing with Postman, mobile app testing on Android and iOS, and UAT, with every bug tracked in Jira through to resolution. Working on both sides means I plan with testing in mind, and test with the customer in mind.
Planning and delivering products end to end, so the right work ships on time with a team that knows what to do.
